Welcome to Guest Ready. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Platform Overview
Guest Ready is a platform designed to connect short-term rental hosts with cleaning professionals. Guest Ready does not employ cleaners, manage properties directly, or guarantee the quality of services provided by users.
2. User Responsibilities
By using Guest Ready, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and current account information
- Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
- Honor job commitments and communications made through the platform
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
3. Host and Cleaner Relationships
Hosts and cleaners are solely responsible for the arrangements they make with one another, including scheduling, payment, access instructions, and job performance. Guest Ready is not a party to those independent agreements.
4. Messaging and SMS
Program name: Guest Ready SMS Notifications.
Program description: SMS notifications are optional. During account registration you will see an unchecked SMS consent checkbox below the phone number field; by checking that box and clicking Next, you expressly consent to receive transactional and conversational SMS messages from Guest Ready, including job offers and assignments, cleaning schedule reminders, schedule changes and cancellations, direct messages between hosts and cleaners, and account or activity alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS through this program. You can register for Guest Ready and use the platform without enabling SMS notifications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, typically 1–10 messages per week per active user.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Guest Ready does not charge you for SMS, but your wireless carrier may.
Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After replying STOP you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from Guest Ready unless you opt back in.

Privacy: No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Platform Availability
We strive to keep Guest Ready available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest Ready is not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of hosts, cleaners, or other users
- Property damage, missed cleans, delayed service, or disputes
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to platform use
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or create risk to other users or the platform.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of Guest Ready after updates means you accept the revised terms.
