Guest Ready (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates a platform that connects short-term rental hosts with cleaning professionals.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information when you use Guest Ready:

• Name, email address, and phone number
• Account role such as Host, Cleaner, or Admin
• Property, scheduling, and job-related information
• Messages exchanged within the platform
• Basic device and usage information

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Connect hosts and cleaners
• Facilitate messaging and job coordination
• Send transactional notifications, including SMS notifications
• Improve the functionality and reliability of the platform

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program

Program description. Guest Ready operates an SMS notification program for hosts and cleaners using the platform. SMS notifications are optional. During account registration you will see an unchecked SMS consent checkbox below the phone number field; by checking that box and clicking Next, you expressly consent to receive transactional and conversational SMS messages from Guest Ready, including:

• Job offers and assignments
• Cleaning schedules and reminders
• Schedule changes and cancellations
• Direct messages between hosts and cleaners
• Account and activity alerts

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity (typically 1–10 messages per week per active user).

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Guest Ready does not charge you for receiving SMS messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After replying STOP, you will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from Guest Ready unless you opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at support@guestreadyapp.com, for support.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and others.

No mobile information shared with third parties. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Information sharing to subcontractors strictly in support of the SMS program — for example, our SMS messaging provider Twilio — is permitted. All other categories of personal information may be shared with third parties only as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share information only as needed to operate the platform, including:

• Between hosts and cleaners to coordinate jobs they are working on together
• With service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting, database, payment, and SMS/messaging providers (e.g., Twilio), strictly to deliver platform functionality
• When required by law or legal process

5. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may:

• Update your account information
• Request account deletion
• Opt out of SMS by replying STOP
